Difficult to order from website menu ended up mistakenly ordering same items twice and paying double the price and items being delivered twice

Order was made at 17-20pm of large munchie box with a delivery time of 40mins so due round 18-00. I received order at 18-55, so another wait of 55mins. Meal was cold, donner meat was hard, pizza crust was burnt and 3 bairns refused to eat it. So had to put on chicken nuggets for them, which defeated the point of getting a takeaway. I tried phoning but got no answer . I have had meals before and been fine but this was really dissapointing

Quick delivery and hot fresh food!

Food was cold

2 and a bit hour wait, our kids were hungry so had to go elsewhere as cold food they said would be ‘fresh’ as driver had accident but other driver said the driver left the shop! Not happy won’t be ordering again

Got pizza it was so thin and burnt it was like cardboard went in bucket tried to call shop to complain no answer. Very disappointed

Always plenty of choice. Fish is excellent. My daughter loves the pizza. Speedy delivery. They always deliver before the given time slot. Prices are excellent. We have a chippy on our doorstep but we always use Jaz's for the quantity, quality and pricing. 5 stars.

Ordered pizza the base was rock hard. My chip and cheeseburger roll was very greasy .

Delivery was late but was Saturday night so understandable. Half the order was fresh but munchie box was stale. Genuinely think it was someone’s else’s order they knocked back. Pizza was cold and burnt underneath. Need to change the oil in fryer chips were rotten. Donner meat was dreadful cut too thick and pakora was rock solid inedible. Would’ve phoned shop to have it replaced but waited that long for it so was too late.

Ordered food for 8.40 it come 20mins after ordering it

Unfortunately I paid for the Fish where I was supposed to get 2 fish but only received 1 and was charged for 2 bit disappointed.

Food was freezing by the time it arrived. The cheese has gone like rubber on the pizza as it has been lying for a while. Chips were burnt but also cold
